Sahayam Mind Clinic ("Sahayam", "we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This page explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you. It applies to the website only and does not describe the clinical records kept as part of your treatment at the clinic, which are governed by applicable medical record-keeping and confidentiality standards.

Information We Collect

If you use the appointment request form on this website, we ask only for: your name, phone number, age group, preferred date and time, whether you prefer an in-person or online consultation, and your consent to be contacted. We intentionally do not ask for medical history, diagnoses, symptoms or any other health information through this form.

If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we receive whatever information you choose to share through those channels.

How We Use Your Information

Contact details shared with the clinic are used only for appointment coordination and clinic communication. Please do not submit detailed medical information through ordinary website, email or WhatsApp messages. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

WhatsApp and Email

WhatsApp and email are convenient but are not secure clinical channels. Please limit messages sent through them to scheduling and general queries, and avoid sharing sensitive medical details. Detailed clinical information should be shared directly with Dr. Raval during your confidential consultation.

Cookies and Analytics

This website does not currently use cookies, tracking pixels or analytics tools. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated in advance to describe what is collected and why, and consent will be requested where required by law.

Third-Party Services

This website uses a small number of third-party services to function: Google Fonts (to display typography), a Google Maps embed (to show our location), and WhatsApp (to let you message us directly). These services may process limited technical data, such as your IP address, in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

Appointment request details submitted through this website are retained only as long as necessary to coordinate your appointment and for basic administrative record-keeping, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.

Children's Privacy

The appointment form is intended to be completed by a parent or guardian on behalf of a child or adolescent patient.
